today i ate:

-bowl of apple cinnamon granola with soymilk.

-quinoa stir-fry with red and green bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and broccoli.

-soy protein shake with blueberries, strawberries, grapes and bananas.

- 1 serving of asparagus.

- 1 cup of soymilk and 1 cup of bolthouse chai protein in between meals.

it was so good and i didn’t feel hungry all day. all low-fat and high protein. quinoa is soooo good.
