i just really want…..
to be strong, like run around with a 70 pound backpack on like it’s nothing. I mean i’ve always struggled with my weight (that’s not to say that i do not like my body, because i do… very much) but i just want to be healthy and i want to look it.
I’m 5’4 and currently weigh 141 pounds. I want to be down to 130 by April. 3 years ago i weighed 155, I became vegan then for ethical reasons and benefited from it when i started to realize how healthy i was. I lost 15 pounds and have kept it off, even though i eat a lot, all the time.
Anyhow, i want to keep a record of my progress with my weight loss as well as what i eat as a vegan.
