so i spent thursday and friday....

I’m at 138 lbs. 2 pounds down, now i just have to work at keeping it off. I know it’s only tuesday (the 2nd day of my fitness regime) but, if I’ve lost 3 pounds in 1 and half days already then i’m doing something right :) i hoping by thursday i’ll be down to 135, i’m seeing a very special someone that day and that would give me just a little pep in my step.

bought a
resistance band and weighted jumprope today. they are a steal at target, $10 each! will begin my REAL workout schedule tomorrow as well as my week long detox.  I’M SO EXCITED! now that i have something to look forward to, it’ll be so much easier to get in shape. gonna post current weight and first photos in a little bit.
