so i spent thursday and friday….

pretty much undoing all of my hardwork during the week. i went out friday night and drank like 8 blue moons, which are 171 calories a piece. then i was hungover so i ate spaghetti all day friday. SO DUMB! it’s whatever though, i found a gym that’s $10.99 a month and it’s 10 blocks from my house so i’m just gonna ride my bike there, work out then ride back at least twice a week and then go and work out everyday. i’m signing up tomorrow. 

i will be toned and 15 pounds lighter by april. i’m gonna go work out now and plan all the delicious, healthy food all be eating for the rest of the week.

i ate:

- salad with mixed greens and romaine, tomato, hemp seeds, sauteed mushrooms, 1 boca chicken patty and vegan 1000 island (which has ZERO calories or fat, they only thing it contains is sodium).

- 1 cup of bolthouse chai.

- at work i will have quinoa leftovers and asparagus.

- also, a pear and/or banana (depending on how hungry i am).

i exercised today by walking and will also be walking at work. i also put in a quick 15 mins with some situps, jumping jakcs and hip extensions.

i’m holding 137 lbs in my weight today and hope i can stay there for the rest of the day.

i’m hoping i’ll hit 136 tomorrow.

i ate:

- apple cinnamon granola with soymilk

- quinoa stir-fry leftovers (red/green bell peppers, mushroom, onion and broccoli)

- 1 serving of asparagus

- slice of thin bread with hummus and quinoa, side of green beans

- soy protein shake with blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, papaya, mango and banana

- 1/2 cup of bolthouse chai protein

i cheated with the 1 slice of thin bread and hummus but, i couldn’t resist that hummus! it’s so good! i worked out for 30 mins all together to make up for it though. i’m gonna do some more jumping jacks and sit-ups/crunches before bed too.

i’ve already done 100 sit-ups and crunches today. 80 jumping jacks. squats, leg lifts, push-ups and hip extensions.

CAN’T WAIT TO GET STRONG! or strong enough to do a handstand at least :)

I’m at 138 lbs. 2 pounds down, now i just have to work at keeping it off. I know it’s only tuesday (the 2nd day of my fitness regime) but, if I’ve lost 3 pounds in 1 and half days already then i’m doing something right :) i hoping by thursday i’ll be down to 135, i’m seeing a very special someone that day and that would give me just a little pep in my step.

i made more quinoa stir-fry again, had a bowl and now i want to eat the left overs but i’m staying strong! i need to train my brain and stomach that i don’t need to eat after i’m full just cause it tastes good! it’s so hard though, my favorite thing about being vegan is eating sooooo much and not gaining weight but i need to be a healthier vegan, eating more whole foods and not in n out fires (which i want so bad right now!!!). 

i’m excited though, i love my body the way it is now but, i’m happy to see what i can shape it into (or back into if i don’t like the results).

anyway, stay healthy and body positive out there everybody!!

exercised for 20 mins. 

when i weighed in yesterday i was 141.2.

today it’s 140.0 :)
